We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee – Salon Business Partner to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their careers in a commercial role while supporting the growth of L'Oréal Professional Products across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and business partners.
- Conduct regular visits to salons to support business development and customer engagement.
- Drive sales growth and expand the distribution of premium professional beauty brands.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Brand and Education teams to develop and execute client business plans.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Willingness to work in a field-based commercial environment.
