Job Description: 2D Graphic Designer – Exhibitions & Conferences

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer to develop visual designs for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. The candidate will be responsible for creating exhibition graphics, marketing materials, and digital content while ensuring brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design exhibition graphics, event branding, stand graphics, backdrops, signage, and promotional displays.
• Create brochures, flyers, banners, posters, invitations, and digital marketing materials.
• Develop social media creatives, website graphics, and event promotional designs.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and production files according to printing and fabrication specifications.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, client specifications, and quality standards.
• Revise designs based on feedback and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in 2D graphic design, preferably within the exhibitions, events, or advertising industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of large-format printing, exhibition signage, layouts, and production-ready artwork.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
