Job Purpose
A creative and detail-oriented role responsible for developing visual content that supports brand identity, marketing initiatives, and overall business objectives across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, branding, events, and corporate communications
- Create digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and mobile platforms
- Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and packaging
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and business units to understand requirements
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on trends
- Prepare files for printing and production
- Support video editing, motion graphics, and photography when needed
- Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 95% on-time delivery of design projects
- High design accuracy with minimal revisions
- Internal client satisfaction (feedback/surveys)
- Engagement performance of visual content (social media metrics)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- Experience: 24 years in graphic design
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors is a plus
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- After Effects & Premiere Pro are a plus
- Experience in social media design, branding, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of print production and file preparation
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus
- Language: English (required), Arabic (preferred)
