Role Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist to develop engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for graphic design, videography, video editing, social media content creation and management, website design and updates, marketing collateral development, and support for digital marketing activities. The role requires a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality multimedia content that enhances the company's brand image and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design brochures, flyers, catalogs, company profiles, presentations, banners, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Create engaging graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns and corporate communications.

Multimedia Production

  • Plan, capture, and edit photos and videos for promotional, corporate, and social media purposes.
  • Produce high-quality video content including product demonstrations, corporate videos, event coverage, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.
  • Manage multimedia projects from concept development through final production.

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to increase audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare reports on content effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely posting and consistency in brand messaging.

Website Design & Content Management

  • Design and update website pages, banners, graphics, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure website content remains visually appealing, relevant, and up to date.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain website functionality and user experience.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Design digital marketing creatives for online advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Support SEO and website optimization activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Branding & Corporate Communications

  • Support branding initiatives and corporate identity development.
  • Prepare visual content for exhibitions, events, product launches, and corporate presentations.
  • Develop creative assets that strengthen the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and content creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and multimedia projects.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong graphic design, visual communication, and branding skills, including logo design and the development of cohesive brand identities.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create engaging digital and print materials.
  • Experience in photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics production.
  • Experience in creating and managing content for social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of website design and content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design and multimedia work; experience in B2B or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Knowledge of 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
  • Motion graphics and animation experience.
  • Basic UI/UX design knowledge.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual content for digital and print media.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Typography skills, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand consistency.
  • Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, video and motion graphics software).
  • Candidates should demonstrate a professional portfolio showcasing relevant design and multimedia work, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Candidates should have strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
