This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for planning, managing, and creating engaging content for Dawenha's social media platforms. Responsibilities include crafting compelling social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, driving audience engagement, and staying updated on platform trends. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to promote brand initiatives and optimize digital marketing strategies.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft engaging messages
• Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking and optimizing social media performance
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and design
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
