Job Description:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visual designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity, technical skill, and a strong understanding of creating key visuals. You'll work closely with the creative leads & Client servicing team to ensure every design aligns with our brand identity and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and key visuals for campaigns, digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful designs that communicate brands effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs.
- Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Stay current with design, branding, and AI-generated visual trends to enhance creative delivery.
- Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with printers or external vendors when necessary.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 24 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact Key Visuals for integrated campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or DALLE to ideate and generate creative visuals.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and collaborative skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical execution, and visual storytelling.
