Job Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to support administrative and internal design needs. The role focuses on designing structured, professional, and well-organized visual materials that enhance internal communication and documentation. This position is not marketing-focused and is primarily concerned with corporate, operational, and administrative design outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and format administrative reports, official documents, annual reports, and internal templates.
- Develop and maintain internal visual identities for administrative materials, including official documents, internal logos, and standardized forms.
- Create professional presentations for executive management and key internal meetings using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Design internal signage, guidance boards, posters, and printed materials used within the organization.
- Support internal content design such as awareness materials, internal policies, and employee handbooks.
- Enhance internal communication by designing email layouts, digital announcements, intranet content, and internal publications.
- Design visual materials for internal initiatives, administrative campaigns, and organizational programs.
- Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and visual tools to illustrate administrative processes and operational flows.
- Design digital forms and electronic templates to support and streamline administrative operations.
- Develop visual training materials to support onboarding programs and internal administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 35 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an administrative or corporate environment.
- Strong experience in designing reports, presentations, and structured documentation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information visually.
- Ability to translate complex administrative content into clear and professional designs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with corporate guidelines and internal documentation standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in workflow visualization and process mapping.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms and intranet content design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
