Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our business consulting firm in building a strong visual identity across digital and print platforms. This role will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design compelling materials for consulting services, thought leadership content, and personal branding for our consultants and executives.

• Collaborate on personal branding visuals for consultants and executives (social media content, online profiles, speaker kits, etc.).
  
• Create clean, professional, and strategic layouts for LinkedIn carousels, Instagram posts, stories, and short videos.
  
• Develop visually compelling slides for keynote presentations and workshops.
  
• Work with the content team to turn complex ideas into simple, powerful visuals.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (fonts, colours, tone).
  
• Maintain a visual library and templates for recurring use.
  
• Adapt visual assets for different platforms (web, mobile, print).
  
• Stay up-to-date with design trends in the consulting and professional services space.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  
  
• 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B, consulting, or agency environment.
  
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, corporate, and strategic designs.
  
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint.
  
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and content formatting.
  
• Understanding of personal branding concepts and executive presence.
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
