Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our hospitality brand by creating visually compelling marketing materials that enhance brand identity, drive bookings, and elevate guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel marketing, social media design, promotional campaigns, and print production.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Marketing Materials:
- Design brochures, flyers, menus, roll-ups, banners, and promotional materials for hotel outlets.
- Develop seasonal campaign visuals (Eid, Summer Offers, Christmas, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency across all properties and departments.
Digital & Social Media Design
- Create engaging social media posts, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives.
- Design website banners and email marketing templates.
- Support online promotions and OTA visuals.
Hotel Collateral & Internal Materials
- Design in-room materials (directories, tent cards, welcome letters).
- Produce signage for events, conferences, and weddings.
- Prepare internal communication visuals and HR announcements when required.
Photography & Content Support
- Coordinate with photographers for hotel photoshoots.
- Edit images for marketing use (retouching, color correction).
- Assist in simple video editing for promotional use (preferred).
Production & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printing suppliers.
- Ensure quality control of final printed materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience (hospitality experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (especially during high seasons).
