Job Description

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer at iPay is responsible for managing our social media presence and supporting graphic design requirements. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, design visual assets, and help build a strong and consistent brand image across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Assist in developing monthly social media content calendars and campaign ideas.
  • Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions.
  • Track and report basic analytics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Support branding requirements such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Support event-related creatives such as standees, invites, and digital posters.

Skills

  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual sense.
  • Experience with content calendars and social media analytics.
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design. with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design & marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
