Job Title: Graphic Designer - Ladieswear

Location:Dubai, (Only candidates currently based in Dubai will be considered)

Reporting To: Senior Designer

Position Objective

Develop seasonal placement/all-over prints based on thorough trend and competitive research and overall creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, interpret and apply market trends appropriate to the brand/ target customer

Manage development of placement/all-over prints for Ladieswear

Be able to develop both screen and digital/sublimation prints

Work closely with the Department Head on seasonal direction

Be actively involved in trend presentations

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams

Plan and execute seasonal print requirements in a fast-paced environment, as per the set critical path

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of a BA Qualification in Fashion Design

Experience Required:

4-6 years of proven professional experience in a similar role.

Skills and Capabilities:

A minimum of a BA Qualification in Print Design/ Textile Design/ Fine Arts/ Graphic Design or a similar degree

2-5 years of proven professional experience in a similar role

Have a strong eye for color, graphics and prints

Have a good knowledge of graphic and print techniques

Team player with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Strong communication and presentation skills (in English)

Ability to manage seasonal deadlines

Excellent ability to sketch and render in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

Previous experience on DTR/License Graphic Design will be an added advantage
