Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visuals including logos, branding materials, and digital graphics. Daily tasks include collaborating with teams on creative projects, selecting typography, producing consistent designs, and ensuring all visual deliverables align with client brand strategies. The role also involves problem-solving design challenges, managing timelines to meet project deadlines, with oversight from the Senior Graphic Designer.

Job Description:

• Working closely with Senior Designer and CCO to interpret client briefs for varying

design projects and kick off the design process with clear direction

• Creating design assets for Brand Identity design (Logos, Icons, etc), packaging and

collateral design, print materials and templates, digital social media and digital graphic

templates, marketing assets, layouts for brochures and digital booklets, and more.

• Assisting the creative team by building presentation decks, pitch decks, and brand

guidelines decks.

• Report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and Project Manager and intake any

ad-hoc requests including organizing files in Dropbox, exporting working files into final

production files, and picking up on tasks quickly to move projects forward efficiently.

• Help ensure all design work is consistent with each project/client's individual brand

guidelines and visual identity.

• Work closely with Senior Graphic Designer, the Creative team, and Client Services

team to ensure all deliverables are delivered on time, of the highest quality and

priorities are properly met.

• Stay current with design trends, particularly in fashion and digital media, and

incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

• Organize and maintain design assets in the brand's asset management system for

easy access and collaboration.

• Prepare final files for digital and print production, ensuring all designs meet technical

specifications.

Experience Required:

• Experience: Min 3-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in Hospitality, Real

Estate, F&B or lifestyle brands.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
• Experience with admin programs such as Monday, Slack and Dropbox a plus.
• Experience with generating AI prompts for various programs.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability

to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Creative/Conceptual Skills in developing ideas, directions and gathering

references for projects sent from the Senior Graphic Designer and CCO.

• Strong attention to detail, taking initiative to perfect and quality check not only their own work but all design deliverables produced by &LANA.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in creating

sophisticated brand identities, marketing materials, and creative concepts, particularly

for high-end clients and large-scale projects.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus. If

self-taught, have relevant work experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Be currently living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Be self-employed and have a working visa, able to be contracted full-time by &LANA.
• Able to start immediately or within a 2-3 week window from hiring date.
