We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and producing visual content that aligns with our brand's identity and marketing goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of design principles, and proficiency in various design software.

Job Description

• Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, and promotional materials. Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.
• Branding and Identity: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and evolve the brand's visual identity.
• Digital and Print Design: Create engaging digital designs for online platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product packaging that effectively communicate key messages.
• Typography and Layout: Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout composition, and hierarchy to create visually pleasing and easily digestible designs.
• Image Editing and Manipulation: Enhance and manipulate images to improve quality, composition, and relevance in alignment with design objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, content QC to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts that resonate with targetaudiences.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Familiarity with current design trends and willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
• Experience in e-commerce Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in design work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design is a bonus.
