Lathief Productions is seeking a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, manages multiple design projects efficiently, and brings bold visual ideas to life.
Arabic is an added advantage ,but not mandatory. Clear and professional English communication and project ownership are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-impact visual assets for both digital and print, including website banners, social media content, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute original graphics that communicate our brand message and engage target audiences
- Manage multiple design projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, production, and content to maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders for feedback, revisions, and approvals
- Coordinate with external vendors or printers when needed to ensure accurate and high-quality output
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative work
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or motion design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand consistency
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities, timelines, and revisions
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to turn abstract ideas into clean, effective designs
- Team player who can collaborate across departments, but also confident working independently
