Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing the brand to life through visually compelling and consistent designs. This role supports marketing, branding, and business objectives by creating creative assets that engage customers, strengthen brand identity, and communicate messages clearly across all channels.

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast- food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing

• Develop creative designs for digital and print materials including social media, website, ads, presentations, and in-store visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to understand campaign objectives.
• Create concepts, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Adapt and resize designs for different formats and channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.
• Support brand development initiatives and new launches.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs as required.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Social media design and digital content
• Basic understanding of printing processes and specifications is a plus
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
