Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand standards and support marketing and corporate communication objectives. The role ensures the timely delivery of creative materials while managing production processes and maintaining design quality across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design company materials in alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Produce creative, professional, and high-quality design outputs across various media.
- Plan, organize, and manage assigned design tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with advertising and marketing agencies when required.
- Review and quality-check all designs before printing or digital publishing.
- Manage and oversee the full printing production process with external print houses.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all visual communications.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
- Continuously develop technical skills in design software and creative techniques.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms.
- Understanding of digital and print design requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with design workflow and file preparation for print and digital publishing.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
