My client is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with experience working across industries (agency background is preferred).
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be leading the charge in transforming ideas into captivating visual designs.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving the evolution of the brand's visual language and ensuring its consistent application across various platforms. Video editing experience is essential for this position.
Experience of UX/UI and Social Media Content are bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of visually stunning designs for a diverse range of projects, including marketing collateral, branding materials, digital assets, presentations, and more.
- Take the lead in guiding and mentoring a team of graphic designers, providing clear direction, insightful feedback, and fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and design teams, immersing yourself in project objectives, target audiences, and design requirements.
- Uphold and refine the visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring unwavering commitment to design standards across every touchpoint.
- Craft and refine graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements tailored for both print and digital channels.
- Stay on top of industry trends, design tools, and software innovations, consistently pushing the team's design capabilities to new heights.
- Skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while delivering designs that align with or surpass project goals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with external partners and vendors to ensure the flawless execution of design projects whenever needed.
- Inject fresh and inventive design ideas into brainstorming sessions, playing a pivotal role in enriching the company's overall creative direction.
