Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with at least three years of professional experience to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate can independently handle design tasks, translate business needs into visual concepts, and maintain strong brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts and execute them across digital and print assets.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity in all designs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and business teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and improve designs based on feedback and performance results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with marketing campaigns and performance-driven design.
