About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help us communicate our mission of empowering patients and transforming healthcare systems across the MENA region. Your work will bring our social impact initiatives to life making complex healthcare topics accessible, relatable, and inspiring for patients and communities.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and social impact with a foot in the world of health-tech products like Melior, iCheck, and Acc-Ready. It's ideal for someone who believes design can drive real change and wants their work to mean something beyond aesthetics.
What You'll Do
- Design visual assets for social impact campaigns, patient education initiatives, and community outreach across digital and print channels
- Support the visual identity of our health-tech products (Melior, iCheck, Acc-Ready) including UI assets, onboarding materials, and product communications
- Tell Shamseya's story through compelling visuals that resonate with patients, communities, and healthcare stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve Shamseya's brand identity across all touchpoints
- Create accessible, culturally relevant content for diverse audiences across the MENA region
- Support the design of educational materials, advocacy content, and patient-facing communications
- Collaborate with the programs, marketing, and product teams to deliver purpose-driven design
- Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, reports, and platforms.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design across digital and branding projects Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
- Ability to translate complex healthcare or tech concepts into clear, engaging visuals Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for social impact, NGOs, health advocacy, or community-focused organizations
- Passion for healthcare, patient empowerment, or social change in the MENA region Familiarity with UI/UX principles
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment
