Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with experience in the events and exhibitions industry, capable of delivering high-impact visual concepts across digital and physical environments. The role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD for designing event branding, spatial layouts, and production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

• Develop event branding concepts including logos, themes, and visual identities


• Design marketing collaterals: banners, brochures, social media creatives, emailers


• Create large-format graphics for events (backdrops, stage designs, exhibition panels)

Event & Exhibition Design

• Produce 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD for:




• Booth designs


• Stage setups


• Event floor plans




• Coordinate with production teams to ensure feasibility and execution accuracy

Artwork & Production

• Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, and color profiles


• Adapt designs for multiple formats (LED screens, print, digital displays)


• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with event managers, vendors, and fabricators


• Support on-site branding execution when required


• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

 Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:




• Adobe Illustrator


• Adobe Photoshop


• AutoCAD




• Knowledge of large-format printing and production processes


• Understanding of materials, fabrication, and event structures

Experience

• 2-5+ years of experience in events, exhibitions, or advertising agencies


• Proven portfolio showcasing event branding and spatial design work

Soft Skills

• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) is a plus


• Experience in corporate events, sports events, or exhibitions


• Familiarity with UAE/Middle East event industry standards
