Three WS is a contemporary culture magazine and creative media platform based in Cairo with a global perspective. We explore the intersections of identity, art, and storytelling through three unique editorial verticals: Whispers, focused on trendspotting and cultural insights; Who, celebrating creative and influential voices through portraits and interviews; and What, a hub for cultural critique, event coverage, and editorial campaigns. Collaborating with brands, institutions, and creatives, we co-produce content and curate cultural conversations. Together, we aim to inspire and shape meaningful cultural dialogue.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for various platforms, including digital and print materials. Daily responsibilities include graphic and logo design, developing branding elements, selecting and applying typography, and collaborating with the editorial and creative teams to align visuals with Three WS's cultural vision. The role involves bringing innovative design concepts to life to support and elevate our storytelling and editorial projects.

Qualifications

• Owns a personal laptop
• Proven expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding to shape visual identities that resonate with audiences
• Proficiency in Typography and an eye for detail in creating visually balanced compositions
• Proficient in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Experience in creating content for cultural or media platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred
