We are hiring a GRC Business Analyst with strong telecom industry experience to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for a leading client based in Riyadh. The role involves working across key telecom domains such as OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, provisioning, and network operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in the telecom domain
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, and CRM systems
- Hands-on experience in GRC frameworks and practices
- Knowledge of risk assessment, RCSA, and internal controls
- Strong business analysis skills (BRD, FRD, process mapping)
- Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management is a plus
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or advanced Excel
- Candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh
- Must hold a transferable Iqama
