The individual in this role must possess the capability to grasp the comprehensive scope of the integrated GRC software solution across all functional modules, understand the organization's structure, and comprehend the interconnections among various modules and their functions. Moreover, a thorough comprehension of how each department utilizes the tool, along with the ability to supervise and facilitate interactions among diverse stakeholders, is essential
The Successful Applicant
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and companies with a complex structure.
- Communication skills to manage stakeholders with different interests.
- Decision making skills when dealing with interdependencies and tight deadlines.
- Well organized and able to manage interdependencies.
