JASARA PMC is searching for a skilled Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager to join our team. The GRC Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive GRC framework that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The GRC Manager will serve as a key advisor, collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the GRC framework to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and best practices
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential governance, risk, and compliance issues and provide solutions for mitigation
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and policies
- Facilitate compliance training and awareness programs to enhance the understanding of GRC concepts across the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls related to governance and compliance
- Prepare and present reports on GRC matters to senior management and the board of directors
- Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies during assessments and compliance reviews
- Promote a culture of ethical conduct and accountability throughout the organization
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in governance, risk management, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks
- Proven experience in developing and implementing governance and compliance programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Professional certifications in GRC (e.g., CCEP, CRISC, CISA) are highly preferred
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
