Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused GRC Platform Implementation & Support Specialist to support clients throughout onboarding, configuration, adoption, and ongoing support. This role combines implementation, delivery, issue investigation, training, and client communication to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Implementation
- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) and training sessions
- Support clients with risk configuration and platform setup
- Deliver product demos alongside the sales team
- Guide clients through implementation phases and adoption milestones
Support & Issue Management
- Investigate and validate client-reported issues and platform behavior
- Reproduce issues internally and escalate with clear documentation
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams on resolution
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients
- Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions
Collaboration & Feedback
- Feed client insights and recurring issues into Product and QA teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, SaaS implementation, or client support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to explain complex workflows clearly to clients
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and support requests
- Basic understanding of risk management, compliance, or audit frameworks
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Saudi national preferred
