Shifra An Inforte Company is seeking a GRC Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Solution Engineer to support business growth and customer success across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities including customer meetings, requirement analysis, solution positioning, and technical presentations
  • Conduct GRC maturity assessments, gap analysis, and compliance alignment (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
  • Design and scope GRC solutions, define architecture and integration requirements
  • Support deployment, configuration, and post-sales advisory activities
  • Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and partner trainings

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on GRC
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with GRC platforms (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales and/or post-sales roles
  • Open to periodic business visits in the region when needed
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English
