Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end financial consolidation processes across multiple entities
- Drive Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Deliver 3–4 full-cycle GRDC implementations, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in financial consolidation and group reporting
- Proven hands-on experience with GRDC implementations (3–4 end-to-end projects)
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)
- Experience working in a multinational or complex organizational structure
- Familiarity with finance transformation initiatives or system implementations
