Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant

About The Company
A Large premium Food Manufacturing Group is looking to hire an Experienced
Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant to lead the accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain full compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and the general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team.
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5–10 years of accounting experience, including a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in [industry: Manufacturing / Real Estate / Trading / Services].
- Prior experience managing audits and tax inspections.
