EgyCham is hiring Group Chief Financial Officer for one of our clients in Real Estate, located in New Cairo.
Role Description
- Lead and drive the group-wide financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives and expansion plans.
- Oversee all financial functions across the group, including Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Budgeting, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Manage group cash flow, funding strategies, and liquidity planning to support multiple projects and subsidiaries.
- Lead the development of consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts across all entities.
- Establish and enforce financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across the group.
- Oversee project financing, financial feasibility studies, and investment analysis for real estate developments.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, including structuring funding and credit facilities.
- Drive cost control, financial efficiency, and profitability across all business units.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- From 20 to 25 years of experience in finance, including 7 to 10 years in senior leadership roles (Group CFO / CFO / Finance Director).
- CPA / CMA / ACCA is a must.
- Proven experience in real estate development groups is a must.
- Proven track record in project financing, real estate financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale financial operations and multi-project environments.
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, funding strategies, and capital structuring.
- Experience in dealing with banks, investors, and complex financing arrangements.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
