Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial, supply chain, and go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution efficiency.
- Build and strengthen B2B partnerships across retail, hospitality, and export channels.
- Lead sales performance, revenue growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
