- Leading a team for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, including consolidation, for entities within tight deadlines whilst ensuring complete and accurate financial and statutory reporting.
- Analyse and present key risk management and governance challenges including strategic business reports and variance analysis matrix.
- Grasping how enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and automation workflows connect and identifying weaknesses and enhancements.
- Prepare reporting packs for SGX announcement purposes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Ensure full tax, including transfer pricing, and accounting compliance in accordance with regulatory and governance framework.
- Working closely with professionals within and outside the Group, coordinate and manage relevant regulatory compliance and strategic risks in and outside Singapore.
- Some travelling to overseas subsidiaries will be required.
- Responsible for mentoring, supervising and continuous upskilling of team members
Qualifications
. Min.CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
. Min.5 years of HANDS-ON experience in fast pace Group manufacturing orconstruction environment preferred.
. Proficiencyin ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of the Epicor ERP system will be an added advantage.
