TROUVAY & CAUVIN is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Group HR Assistant to join our vibrant team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

Job Purpose:

The Group HR Assistant provides essential support to the Group HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and managing the employee lifecycle across multiple entities in Middle East, Europe, Africa, APAC, USA. This role combines operational excellence with a focus on employee experience, compliance, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.

Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Support candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

  • Onboarding & Employee Integration

Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts, job description.

Coordinate onboarding activities with local assistants, PRO, IT, and Finance teams for smooth integration.

Ensure new hires are properly set up in HRMS and receive induction materials.

  • HRMS & Data Management

Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and ensure data integrity.

Generate HR reports and analytics

Manage documentation for insurance renewals, audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Employee Lifecycle & Exit Formalities

Prepare and coordinate exit formalities, including EOS calculations, clearance processes, and final settlement letters.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance during offboarding.

  • Annual Interview Cycle & Training

Support the planning and coordination of the annual interview cycle, ensuring timely completion, and data compilation.

Assist in identifying training needs based on annual interview and business needs and objectives.

Coordinate internal and external training programs, track participation, and maintain training records, including training feedback.

  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing

Support initiatives that promote a positive work environment and employee wellbeing.

Assist in organizing engagement activities and HR programs across the group.

  • Compliance & Governance

Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling employee data and documentation.

  • HR Projects & Strategic Support

Assist the Group HR Manager with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements.

Contribute to digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of HR operations.

Key Competences :

  • Bachelor's degree in the related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Legal knowledge
  • Proven experience managing HR matters across multiple entities simultaneously within an international environment.
  • Ability to manage various activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. French would be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft
  • Good sense of judgement
  • Ability to work in full autonomy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality over all business matters
  • Adaptable and service-oriented
