Job Purpose
- To lead the learning and development function under the HR umbrella, creating a culture of continuous learning that enhances workforce capabilities and drives business performance. This role is accountable for designing and delivering training programs that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and the evolving needs of the industry, he plays a strategic HRBP as well for assigned BUs.
Key Accountabilities
- L&D Strategy and Governance: Develop and own the enterprise-wide L&D strategy, including the annual training plan, budget, and governance framework. Ensure all training activities are documented and audit ready.
- Technical & Functional Skill Development: Partner with all department heads to conduct training needs analyses and design targeted programs to close skill gaps related to new technologies, processes, and equipment.
- Leadership Development: Own the design and execution of leadership and management development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline and enhance coaching capabilities across the organization.
- Learning Technology & Innovation: Manage the Learning Management System and explore innovative training methodologies (e.g., VR, AI-powered adaptive learning, gamification) to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
- HR Business Partnering & Support: Roll out HR initiatives across the assigned business units, driving HR processes & organizational effectiveness to support the assigned business units for a high-performing, compliant organization & a competitive employee experience.
- Team Steward: Manage the full employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding to developing critical skills and implementing retention strategies for his reporting team.
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training design, and facilitation.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales.
- Bachelor's degree. To be graduate in any medical discipline is a great plus.
Required Skills
- Experience in managing learning frameworks, competency models, and leadership development programs.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, blended learning methodologies, and modern L&D tools.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and sales force effectiveness.
- Experience in designing and delivering diverse training programs, including sales, leadership, soft skills, onboarding, compliance, and technical training.
- Expertise in instructional design and LMS platforms (is a plus)
- Ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
- Excellent Communication and networking skills
- Excellent level of English language (Spoken and written)
- TOT or any learning related certificate/diplomas
