A local group with diverse lines of business - is looking for a Group HR Manager to lead their HR function. The role is at the corporate level and forms part of the group leadership team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Human Resources Manager located in Dubai at client's head office in Dubai. The Group HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
The role reports into the Group Director - which is equivalent to the COO role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Group level Workforce Planning - aligned to the group business plan
2. Identify HR strategies and actions required to deliver business targets through recruitment and selection, staff development and performance management.
3. To be 100% compliant with local labor laws Risk Register and provide guidance to people managers to drive standards, challenge poor performance and resolve conflict, minimising risk to the organisation.
4. To produce management information and annual reports for Executive Team and Board with recommended actions on, but not limited to, Equality & Diversity (gender and ethnicity pay gap), Staff Engagement, HR Interventions, Attendance, Headcount and Turnover
5. To develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners both internally and externally to understand current and future issues concerning HR, organisational capability and the environment in which the organisation and businesses operate.
