Dubai-Based | Group HR Role

We're looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our UAE-based companies.

This role is critical to ensuring strong hiring, smooth onboarding, compliant employee management, and full alignment with UAE labour laws.

What You'll Do:

Manage recruitment and hiring across UAE-based roles
Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, visas, health insurance, and employee documentation
Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and employment requirements
Work directly with free zones and external providers on HR and visa matters
Manage probation, performance processes, leave, renewals, and off-boarding
Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance systems
Support managers with employee relations and HR issues

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of HR experience working in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and employment compliance
Extensive experience with UAE recruitment and hiring
Hands-on experience managing visas, onboarding, contracts, and employee records
Confident working with free zones and government-related HR processes
Highly organized, sharp, tech-savvy, and able to work independently
Experience managing HR across multiple companies or business units is strongly preferred
