Group Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Group IT Manager to lead technology strategy and operations across our expanding network of K-12 schools in the UAE.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, educational platforms and business systems are secure, scalable, innovative and aligned with our commitment to delivering outstanding educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the Group-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap

Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity and business continuity

Lead educational technology initiatives supporting teaching, learning and student outcomes

Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, enterprise applications and integrations

Drive digital transformation across admissions, HR, finance, CRM, attendance and school operations

Lead and develop school-based IT teams across multiple campuses

Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships and technology projects

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, safeguarding and data protection requirements

Support new school openings, campus expansions and strategic technology initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

8-10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking and enterprise systems

Experience managing multi-site IT operations and technical teams

Proven track record in technology project delivery, vendor management and budget oversight

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

Experience within a K-12 school group, university or education environment

ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent certifications

Experience supporting school information systems, LMS platforms and educational technology

Knowledge of UAE education sector requirements and data protection frameworks
