Purpose

The Marketing Leader is responsible for executing the marketing strategy across the Group's portfolio of businesses, ensuring marketing drives commercial growth, strengthens brand equity, and delivers measurable business results. The role leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including brand management, campaigns, communications, media, partnerships, and performance optimization, while aligning with corporate objectives and business priorities.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Leader translates business needs into impactful marketing strategies that support growth across multiple brands and markets. Success is measured by achieving marketing and business objectives, improving brand equity, driving customer acquisition and engagement, maximizing return on marketing investment, and ensuring effective budget management.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the execution of the marketing strategy and annual integrated marketing plans across its portfolio of businesses, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, commercial priorities, and growth ambitions.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable marketing initiatives by partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Sales, Operations, Customer Engagement, Expansion, Digital, and other corporate functions.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, development, execution, and governance of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across all relevant channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and business impact.
  • Ensure brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions are consistently reflected in all marketing activities, aligning with each brand's identity, visual standards, and tone of voice.
  • Define target audiences by leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business data to develop relevant marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
  • Establish annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, product launch plans, and activation priorities to ensure effective planning and timely execution across all business units.
  • Work closely and manage external agency partners, including creative, media, digital, social media, production, and other specialist partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and value creation.
  • Deliver on marketing KPIs, monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze marketing and business performance, and drive continuous optimization through data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare executive marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations, providing senior leadership with clear visibility on marketing performance, business impact, risks, and opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration across business units to identify opportunities for integrated campaigns, shared capabilities, knowledge sharing, and marketing best practices that strengthen the Group's overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Define and lead partnership opportunities that drive commercial and brand value aligned with annual plans and objectives. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging marketing technologies, AI capabilities, digital platforms, and innovative marketing approaches to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Marketing certifications are preferred; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing, with a proven track record of delivering commercial and brand growth.
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns, brand management, marketing communications, media planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of retail, customer behavior, digital marketing ecosystems, and market trends.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or working within a marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in marketing performance analysis, ROI measurement, and budget management.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
