Connectalents is seeking a Group Organizational Development Section Head for a leading regional group in Steel Fabrication & Heavy Industrial Manufacturing,

Job Role:

- Organizational Architecture: Lead group-wide org design, Job Descriptions, grading systems, and competency frameworks.

- Performance & Talent: Drive performance management cycles, succession planning, and structural workforce optimization.

- Blue-Collar & Mass Scale: Design and maintain scalable OD frameworks tailored to high-density operational workforces.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 8–10 years of solid OD experience in large-scale multi-company groups.

- Career Readiness: Senior OD professionals/Section Heads ready for direct leadership and strategic ownership.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology (OD Certification is a plus).

Location: 5th Settlement, Cairo, Egypt.
