Group People Operations Director

We are looking for an accomplished Group People Operations Director to lead and elevate People Operations across the Group, ensuring operational excellence, strong governance, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide People Operations, including personnel, payroll, employee relations, benefits, HR systems, and HR administration.

• Establish and standardize HR policies, processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks across all entities.

• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal policies.

• Drive HR digitalization, automation, HRIS optimization, and continuous process improvement.

• Oversee people analytics, operational KPIs, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth, transformation, and scalability.

• Lead and develop the People Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience in People/HR Operations.

• Proven experience within large-scale, complex, or multi-entity organizations.

• Strong expertise in personnel, payroll, labor law, social insurance, HR operations, and HRIS.

• Demonstrated success in building and optimizing scalable HR processes and governance frameworks.

• Strong leadership, business partnering, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
