The role
We are hiring a Group Product Manager to own product direction and execution quality across the full IN3 portfolio — three products that entire institutions depend on every working day, including an AI platform we believe has set the benchmark in complex Arabic OCR. You translate company strategy, customer needs, and technology opportunity into a roadmap engineering can build and customers will pay for. A senior, founding-era seat: what you build becomes how IN3 does product.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap across Tarasol, Farabi (Document AI, RAG, Agentic AI), and Al-Diwan — prioritised, defended, refreshed quarterly.
- Evaluate every customer-specific request as configurable, productised, custom, or refused — and protect the core roadmap.
- Set the standard for BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria — and for the small product practice behind them.
- Run the Voice-of-Customer process — one trusted repository, evidence-based personas, a roadmap auditable back to customer signal.
- Carry the commercial presence — strategic customer engagements, POCs, executive demos, industry events, and sales-enablement assets.
- Use AI tools daily across the product workflow — validating outputs critically before anything leaves your desk.
What we're looking for
Experience
- 5–7 years of professional experience, with 3+ in product management, product ownership, or business analysis with real product responsibility.
- Enterprise B2B products shipped in multi-stakeholder environments — government, banking, or regulated industries.
- Customer-facing product work that led to specific product decisions, and experience guiding a small product team.
Craft
- BRD, user-story, and acceptance-criteria craft you can show in artefacts you authored.
- Roadmap ownership you can defend — including features you refused and why.
- Daily AI-tooling usage in product work — a real workflow, not familiarity.
Language and location
- Arabic–English professional fluency, spoken and written.
- Egypt-based, on-site Cairo, with customer travel across Egypt and the Gulf as we expand.
Nice to have
- ECM, BPM, or workflow product experience (IBM FileNet, OpenText, K2, Pega, or regional equivalents); AI product experience with LLMs, RAG, OCR, or search.
- Egyptian government or large-corporate delivery experience.
