Job Title: Group Product Manager / Associate Director
About the Role:
We are looking for a Group Product Manager / Associate Director to lead business-critical product charters and drive durable outcomes at scale.
This role goes beyond individual features or isolated initiatives — you will shape product strategy, identify leverage points across the user journey, and ensure execution translates into measurable business impact.
You will work closely with senior business leaders while partnering deeply with Engineering, Analytics, Design, CX, Sales, and Marketing teams.
This role requires strong business judgment, systems thinking, user empathy, and the ability to operate confidently in ambiguity.
What You Will Be Doing:
Strategic Ownership :
Define and evolve product strategy aligned with business goals
Identify high-leverage opportunities across growth, retention, and monetisation
Translate company-level goals into clear product direction and priorities
Balance short-term execution with long-term platform thinking
User Thinking & Product Judgment :
Develop a deep understanding of employer and job-seeker needs, behaviours, and pain points
Ensure product decisions are grounded in real user outcomes, not just metrics
Translate user insights into scalable product strategies and clear value propositions
Advocate for user impact while balancing business constraints
Business & Product Leadership :
Own outcomes across multiple initiatives rather than individual features
Connect product decisions to measurable business impact
Partner with business teams to ensure product strategy reflects market realities
Influence cross-functional priorities and drive alignment at leadership level
Execution & Systems Thinking :
Ensure high-quality execution through clarity of goals, scope, and success criteria
Drive experimentation and validate major bets through data
Convert repeated operational challenges into scalable product systems
Anticipate risks and proactively adjust strategy
Data & Decision Making :
Define analytical frameworks that guide decision-making
Use data fluently for prioritisation, storytelling, and strategic choices
Distinguish meaningful outcomes from vanity indicators
Cross-Functional Leadership :
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, CX, Sales, and Marketing
Create clarity through ambiguity and resolve trade-offs constructively
Lead through influence rather than authority
What You Will Need:
8–12+ years of Product Management experience
Proven track record of driving meaningful business outcomes through product
Experience owning large product areas or business-critical charters
Strong product strategy and systems-thinking capability
Demonstrated ability to combine user insight with business judgment
Deep data fluency and experimentation mindset
Strong business acumen across growth, retention, and monetisation
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple teams
Marketplace, SaaS, or growth-heavy product experience preferred
