Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization's quality vision, policies, objectives, and strategic roadmap to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of quality management systems, ensuring effective controls, compliance, and achievement of quality targets.
- Drive enterprise-wide quality improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Six Sigma and other quality tools.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing product quality, resolving customer complaints, improving after-sales quality performance, and strengthening customer-focused quality processes.
- Establish robust quality control frameworks, conduct product and process audits, strengthen defect prevention systems, and ensure products consistently meet quality and delivery standards.
- Promote a culture of quality excellence through training, coaching, and development programs that enhance quality awareness, problem-solving capabilities, and accountability across the organization.
- Oversee quality performance metrics, data analytics, and management reporting to support decision-making, while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and workplace excellence standards, including 6S initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Medical Device Manufacturing experience will be a plus
- Proficient in ISO/TS systems such as FDA21CFR, IATF, VDA6.3, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, TS16949 etc
