Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and oversee the Group's overall Supply Chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.
- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies, policies, procedures, and operational plans in alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, production supplies, and finished products while maintaining the required quality and continuity of supply.
- Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, approved suppliers, and timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory and warehouse management, including minimum and maximum stock levels, proper storage, inventory accuracy, and efficient utilization of warehouse capacity.
- Monitor and optimize logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficient distribution, cost control, and effective utilization of available resources.
- Monitor Supply Chain performance, costs, risks, and operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, budgets, and applicable regulations, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Economics, etc.)
- Postgraduate/Master's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc.)
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain are a plus
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least the last 5 years in a similar role
- General training: Public Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Team Building & Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Financial Analysis, etc.
- Specialized training: Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Systems, etc.
- Good command of English sufficient to perform job duties efficiently and effectively
