Growth & Data Intern

Role Purpose

Washmen is a technology-driven laundry and garment-care company transforming the traditional laundry industry through technology, automation, data, and AI. We are looking for a curious and analytical Growth & Data Intern to join our Growth Team. You will use AI tools daily as part of how we work, not as an add-on. You will work closely with the Growth Team and gain exposure to how data, technology, and AI are used to understand customers, improve business performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Help shape retention and CRM campaign plans: who we target, what we offer, and how we measure it.
• Build, test and launch those campaigns across our customer messaging channels.
• Pull and validate the data behind campaigns and reporting, using SQL.
• Analyse how customers behave and how campaigns perform, and share what you find in short, clear summaries.
• Automate recurring reports and manual processes, including with AI tools.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Curious, analytical, technically inclined, and excited about working with data.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated in engineering or data
• Comfortable writing SQL, or able to learn it quickly. Experience with data warehouses, dashboard and reporting tools, and Python is an advantage.
  
  

Internship Details

• Internship Duration:3–6 months
• Stipend: AED 4,000 per month
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Location:Al Safa, Dubai
