About The Role:

As a Growth Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy by leveraging data insights. You'll analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement, helping Dsquares to enhance loyalty solutions and drive user engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies
  • Analyze data from various sources to assess performance metrics and identify trends
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives to increase user engagement and program performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that align with business goals
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on growth KPIs for senior management
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results
  • Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance growth initiatives
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives to increase user engagement and program performance

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools SQL, Python & Excel is a must
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering impactful presentations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as within a team

Education & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis or growth-oriented role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
