We're expanding our global consulting team and seeking an experienced Growth & Leadership Consultant to help leaders and entrepreneurs scale their performance, strengthen their leadership capability and elevate their strategic impact. This remote role offers autonomy, influence and meaningful longterm growth within a dynamic, globally minded organization.

About the Role

You will work with senior leaders and highperformance professionals to enhance leadership effectiveness, communication, emotional intelligence, decisionmaking and strategic clarity. Through highimpact coaching and consulting, you'll help clients expand their capacity, accelerate their growth and achieve measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver leadership, performance and growth consulting to executives and entrepreneurs
• Guide clients through mindset shifts, behavioural change and strategic development
• Strengthen client performance in communication, influence, resilience and productivity
• Support leaders in scaling their impact and navigating complex business challenges
• Contribute to global programs, online learning and international leadership events

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years experience in leadership development, executive coaching, consulting, HR or business strategy
• Proven success working with senior leaders or highperformance teams
• Strong communication, facilitation and relationshipbuilding skills
• High emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
• Ability to thrive in a remote, resultsdriven environment
• Passion for leadership, personal growth and human potential
