About the Role
We are looking for a Growth and Partnerships Manager to help LoopedIn grow through trust, relationships, and thoughtful collaboration.
A core part of this role is building creative partnerships with education and non-education creators, influencers, and affiliates who already have trusted parent audiences.
This includes voices in parenting, wellbeing, mental health, neurodiversity, family routines, and everyday life with children. This is not influencer buying or sponsored posting. It is about co-creating genuinely useful experiences and resources for families that align with how LoopedIn shows up in the world. The role is fractional to start, with compensation deliberately weighted towards performance and real impact.
Responsibilities
Creative partnerships and creator collaborations
- Identify and build partnerships with creators and affiliates whose audiences are primarily parents
- Work with creators in parenting, wellbeing, mental health, neurodiversity, routines, and family life
- Design and deliver co-created initiatives such as live conversations, parent workshops, practical guides, and ongoing content series
- Ensure collaborations feel supportive and useful, not promotional
- Structure partnerships around shared value, including revenue share or conversion-based incentives
- Build long-term creator relationships rather than one-off campaigns
Growth execution
- Plan and run online and in-person events for parents, students, and tutors
- Build referral and affiliate partnerships aligned with LoopedIn's values
- Activate tutors as advocates by helping them share LoopedIn naturally within their communities
- Engage parent communities, including WhatsApp and local groups
- Test and scale non-paid, trust-led growth channels
Partnerships
- Own outreach, relationship building, and follow-up
- Create simple collaboration and referral arrangements
- Ensure partnerships lead to real engagement, booked sessions, and ongoing families
Content and proof capture
- Capture real stories and proof from parents, tutors, students, and partners
- Work with our design and content team to turn activity into clear, reassuring assets
- Ensure LoopedIn's presence on Instagram, email, and the website reflects real care, momentum, and trust
Measurement and learning
- Track performance across all initiatives
- Report clearly on what is working and what needs adjustment
- Build a repeatable growth playbook that can scale as LoopedIn grows
Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, community growth, creator collaborations, or commercial roles. Strong instincts for tone, trust, and relevance when speaking to parents.
- Comfortable working with creators and partners as peers rather than media inventory. Commercially minded and outcome focused.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Confident operating in an early stage, values-led environment.
- Experience in education, parenting, wellbeing, or marketplaces is a strong advantage, but not essential.

Pay range and compensation package
This role is intentionally structured with a modest base and meaningful upside.
- Base retainer: USD 2,000 to 3,000 per month
- Fractional commitment equivalent to approximately 2-3 days per week
- Performance based compensation: 15 percent of net revenue generated from customers directly attributed to your work
- Net revenue is defined as: Customer revenue received minus tutor payouts minus refunds or chargebacks
- The revenue share applies to the first 3 months of revenue per attributed customer.
Performance payments are calculated and paid monthly.
