We're looking for a motivated Intern to join our Bid & Talent Centre of Excellence team in Dubai. Key Accountabilities
- To assist in the development and management of project plans to deliver bid requirements on time and on budget.
- To support the facilitation of the day-to-day running of the bidding process through the provision of timely and effective bid administrative support.
- To support the bidding function in ensuring that appropriate governance is followed – including the tracking of governance timelines and the accurate storage of related governance files.
- To regularly manage and update any portal systems (where relevant), ensuring effective version control of all documentation and maintaining status of Serco's portal credentials.
- Provide support to Bid Leads in uploading relevant bid information (i.e., clarifications and client requests) and submissions to customer portals.
- To support the team with bid production including management of printing, graphics and design production and the final quality checking of bid submissions.
- To support the management and control of central bid collateral and input into knowledge management libraries as required – positively impacting knowledge and information sharing across the team.
- Lead the maintenance and management of a database of previous projects and clients – including prequalification documentation, bid submissions and internal minimum document requirements (i.e., governance documentation). Regularly auditing Bid Lead activity to ensure minimum documentation requirements are present and correct.

- Demonstrable experience of data management, analysis and monitoring with relevance to a bid / project management function.
- Demonstrable ability to conduct research across multiple mediums to source information to support bids, opportunities and other tasks (as required).
- Providing administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of a multi-cultural organisation and ability to identify key personnel (both external and internal) and able to understand the organisation's aims and objectives.
- Knowledge of Adobe software including InDesign and Illustrator desirable.
