About The Role
SILQFi is on a mission to solve the cash
flow and trade challenges that hold back businesses across Saudi Arabia. As
Growth Lead – Activation, you own the moment that matters most: turning a newly
acquired customer into an active, first-time user of Fina's financing products.
This is a hands-on, customer-obsessed
role. You will spend your days close to merchants and customers — understanding
how they onboard, where they get stuck and what it takes to get them to their
first order fast. You will translate that understanding into frictionless
onboarding flows and smart nudges that compress time-to-first-order, working
shoulder-to-shoulder with the Growth Squad, Marketing, and Risk/KYC.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end onboarding and
first-order journey, driving down time-to-first-order and lifting onboarding
completion rates.
Spend real time with merchants and
customers — through interviews, calls and field visits - to map their journey
and pinpoint exactly where it breaks down.
Design and ship frictionless onboarding
flows (Onboarding v2) and automated nudge/reminder systems in partnership with
the Growth Squad.
Turn qualitative customer insight into
concrete UX and process improvements that remove friction from activation.
Coordinate with Marketing and Risk/KYC to
unblock onboarding/activation bottlenecks and keep the funnel moving.
Track leads, activation, and funnel
metrics so decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumption.
What We're Looking For
Up to 2 years of experience in B2B
operations, field marketing, merchant acquisition or a customer-facing growth
role.
A genuine customer-discovery mindset- you
enjoy talking to users, running interviews, and mapping journeys to find
friction. This curiosity is the core of the role.
Professional fluency in both English and
Arabic, spoken and written.
A bias for action and comfort operating in
a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment.
A degree in Business, Marketing,
Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Skills That Set You Apart
Hands-on experience activating or
onboarding merchants on the ground- you know how real-world processes actually
behave.
Familiarity with CRM tools (starting with
Google Sheets and extending Zoho, HubSpot, etc) to track leads and journeys- or
the eagerness to master them quickly.
An eye for user-journey mapping and the
ability to explain where and why physical or digital processes break down.
