Role Overview
ThinkRisk is an intelligent AI-powered SaaS platform that enablesenterprise finance, audit, and leadership teamsto proactively identify transactional risks, detect anomalies in real time, and strengthen compliance with minimal friction.
Asgrowth leader Middle East, you will play a critical role inestablishing the ThinkRisk brand in the region, building astrong enterprise pipeline, and drivingearly sales wins. This is a hands-on, hunter role suited for someone withfire in the belly, who thrives in opening new markets, engaging senior finance stakeholders, and evangelizing a differentiated AI platform.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and solution teams to position ThinkRisk as a trusted partner forControllers, Internal Audit, CFOs, and senior leadershipacross large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Market Entry
- Build and execute aMiddle East go-to-market planto establish ThinkRisk's presence in priority industries (large enterprises, shared services, regulated sectors).
- Ownend-to-end pipeline creationthrough outbound prospecting, partner-led opportunities, events, and strategic account mapping.
- Identify and engagekey buying personasincluding Controllers, Heads of Finance, Internal Audit leaders, CFOs, and transformation teams.
Sales Execution
- Drivequalified opportunitiesfrom discovery through closure for ThinkRisk's AI-driven risk and anomaly detection platform.
- Lead value-based conversations around:
Continuous transaction monitoring for accuracy of business transactions
Reduction of manual efforts and exception management
Early detection of financial and compliance risks
Improved audit readiness and financial integrity
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver compelling demos and proof-of-value discussions.
Solution & Industry Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of ThinkRisk's capabilities, including:
Real-time transaction monitoring
AI/ML-driven anomaly detection with explainability
Risk-based decisioning and embedded controls
Human-in-the-loop workflows for remediation
- Translate enterprise finance pain points (P2P, RTR, audit, compliance, leakage, close acceleration) into clear business outcomes.
Brand & Ecosystem Building
- Act as aThinkRisk brand ambassadorin the Middle East through customer meetings, industry forums, and partner interactions.
- Build relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and advisory partners relevant to finance transformation and risk.
- Provide structured feedback from the market to leadership on product fit, pricing, and competitive insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 35 years ofB2B enterprise sales or business developmentexperience.
- Proven experience sellingAI, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise softwaretofinance, audit, or risk teams.
- Track record ofbuilding pipeline from scratchand closing early-stage regional deals.
- Experience working in or selling into theMiddle East enterprise market.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding ofenterprise finance processes(e.g., P2P, RTR, internal controls, audit).
- Ability to articulate complexAI/ML-driven solutionsin simple, outcome-oriented business language.
- High energy, self-starter mindset with ahunter mentality.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Audit Heads).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
